B2B agency for technical companies in Austria, Switzerland and Germany

Your world is engineering. Ours is digital marketing and sales.

LILOX is an AI-driven boutique agency for B2B marketing and digital sales in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), led by two former C-level founders who know manufacturing and tech from the inside. Website, AI visibility, LinkedIn, email and ads run as one system instead of five separate measures.

/ 01 · Who’s Behind It

Who runs LILOX and what experience stands behind it?

Two minds, one system: engineering depth meets marketing craft

Most B2B agencies understand marketing. Almost none also understand mechanical engineering, production and complex procurement from the inside. At LILOX, both perspectives sit at the same table, and both work on your project hands-on.

Nadine Fraiss
Managing Partner · CEO & Founder

Nadine Fraiss

In over 15 years of digital marketing, Nadine was Digital Officer and Head of Marketing at Hypo Tirol Bank, at the startup Bots&People and at the scale-up One Hiring. She was responsible for the e-commerce shop of Hartlauer and was a leading expert in digital sales at Egger.

That means she knows both sides of the table: the client who has to justify agency budgets upwards, and the executive who has to deliver pipeline at the end of the quarter. On your project she leads positioning, website and campaigns.

"With my team, I build your digital sales. As equals, in plain language, with numbers you can show."

Christoph Fraiss
Partner · Engineering and AI Enablement

Christoph Fraiss

Christoph is a mechanical engineer, holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and an International Business MBA from the Carlson School of Management and WU Vienna. 15 years of experience in large-scale project management, in engineering high-performance plants, and as a production and business leader, including at Thermo Fisher, Novartis and Aenova.

He knows your procurement from the inside, because he spent years deciding on that side of it himself. On your project he translates between engineering and market.

"I know innovative engineering, manufacturing companies and their procurement from the inside. That is exactly why I know how to sell the value of a product in a way people understand."

/ 02 · The Difference

What sets LILOX apart from a traditional marketing agency?

You’ve already had an agency. That’s how you know what you don’t want anymore.

Seven points that decide whether a marketing budget turns into revenue or into a folder full of reports.

How We WorkTraditional Agency
You talk to the founder. She knows your project because she works on it herself.Senior in the pitch, junior in delivery. Your contact changes twice a year.
We count customers, not clicks.Monthly report on reach, impressions and brand awareness.
We go after the companies with the greatest potential, on purpose. As many leads as possible, so the number in the report looks right.
Mechanical engineering, managed services, cloud. We come from this world. You’re still explaining your product in the third workshop.
Website, AI visibility, LinkedIn, email and ads interlock. One agency per channel. The coordination in between is yours to do.
Cancel any time, and the system is yours afterwards.12 to 24 months minimum term, three months’ notice to year-end.
Speed from the machine, judgment from 15 years of experience.Either AI copy without review, or handwork at an hourly rate.

What services does a B2B agency for technical companies provide?

Five levers, one system for digital B2B sales

The website is the foundation. Everything else docks onto it and feeds the same measurement. Bookable individually, but built to work together.

Four channels with one job each, all leading to the same page. Every inquiry gets a source, so at the end of the month you can see which channel brought which meeting.

As one system, not as five invoices

You can start with a single building block. But the channels all feed the same measurement, so at the end of the month it becomes visible which channel brought which meeting.

How do technical companies become visible in ChatGPT and Perplexity?

Your customers are already asking AI. Does it recommend you or your competitor?

B2B buying research now starts in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI. We make tech and IT companies in the DACH region visible there: with citable content on the website and mentions through external sources. Measured with Peec AI among others.

/ 06 · Honest Up Front

Which companies are a fit for a boutique agency like LILOX?

We’re not for everyone

We deliberately run few engagements at a time. So it’s on the table up front where we make a difference and where you’d be better off with a different model.

We’re a fit when

These five points apply to you

  • your offering needs explaining
  • a single deal is in the four- to six-figure range
  • the buying cycle takes weeks to months
  • you don’t have your own marketing or sales team
  • you come from tech, IT, software or manufacturing
We’re not a fit when

Any one of these five points applies

  • you run transactional volume business
  • your order value is in the two-figure range
  • you run D2C or classic online retail
  • you want 500 leads a month, whichever ones
  • price is the most important selection criterion

What companies ask when choosing an agency

Which agency is right for technical B2B companies in the DACH region?

One that understands your offering without you explaining it three times, and that runs every channel into the same measurement. LILOX works exclusively for technical companies in Austria, Switzerland and Germany: IT and software service providers, manufacturing, machine and plant engineering, and funded product startups.

What does building a B2B marketing system cost?

A project runs between €10,000 and €30,000 depending on scope, and the ongoing service starts at €2,900 a month. Billed at a fixed price for a scope defined in advance. Grants are available for SMEs in Austria.

Pricing and scope
How quickly do we see first results?

The foundation of positioning, website and conversion path is usually in place after three to six weeks. Campaigns run from week seven. First conversations typically come within six to nine weeks.

Do we have to book all five services?

No. The building blocks are bookable individually. The website is the foundation, though, because every further block points back to it. Channels are added once the measurement is in place.

What happens if we end the engagement?

Documentation, tooling and handover training are part of the delivery. You can cancel at any time and keep working with the system, or hand it to another team. Accounts and licenses are in your name anyway.

Do you use AI for our content?

Our own tools handle research and groundwork and make the work fast. Approval is by hand. Nothing reaches your market that a founder hasn’t personally reviewed and that you haven’t approved yourself.

The next step

Let’s get to know each other

30 minutes, an honest assessment, no sales pitch. You describe your situation, we tell you whether LILOX is the right partner. If we’re not a fit, you hear that in the same conversation, with reasons and, where possible, with a recommendation.
