What customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland achieved with LILOX

LILOX builds digital sales systems for tech, IT and industrial companies across the DACH region. Here are eleven projects from our work, a selection of what came out of them. Every one of these customers extended the collaboration beyond the originally agreed scope. Most are still on board today.

How does a hardware startup get predictable contacts with water utilities?

A marketing machine for a technology startup from Germany

LILOX built the complete digital sales operation for the Rostock-based IoT startup Pydro. Website, Google Ads, newsletter, and automated LinkedIn campaigns work together and feed contacts directly into Pipedrive. Launched in Germany and the UK, now live in six languages, from Italy to Greece.

  • Website
  • Ads
  • Email
  • LinkedIn

Starting point

Pydro builds self-powered flow meters for water networks. A strong product for a clearly defined audience of water utilities across Europe. What was missing was a path to them that did not require the founders’ time.

What we did

  • Built the website and rolled it out in six languages, from the UK through Italy and Spain to Greece
  • Two automated LinkedIn campaigns for connections and messaging, wired directly into Pipedrive
  • Google Ads, a lead magnet with an automated email flow, and a newsletter connected into a single path

Result

The marketing machine is built and running. LinkedIn generated 920 connection requests, 195 new contacts, and 39 replies, at a reply rate double the industry benchmark. The website produced 17 meetings, all exclusively with companies from the researched target audience.

What does a website relaunch look like for a company with a century of history?

Website relaunch for a Swiss heritage company

LILOX fully rebuilt the website for the Swiss partition-wall manufacturer Schwab AG. High-quality custom design with animations, a modern structure in two languages, a sales funnel with appointment booking for four sales advisors, and tracking that shows what lands. Four months from kickoff to live.

  • Website
  • Custom design
  • Sales funnel

Starting point

Schwab AG has built partition systems in Bern since 1917, for customers like CSS, Becton Dickinson, and HIAG Immobilien. The web presence had grown over the years and sat with an external provider. Management saw the opportunity in that and wanted two things: a presence that matched the quality of the products, and the company’s own digital infrastructure back in its own hands.

What we did

  • Full WordPress build with high-quality custom design, animations, and a modern layout in German and French
  • Implemented a sales funnel with Calendly appointment booking for four sales advisors, a chatbot, and form paths
  • Established full control over the company’s own infrastructure, plus tracking setup, cookie consent, and Looker Studio reporting

Result

The relaunch went live in May 2026, four months after the customer’s kickoff. Schwab AG now runs its website independently, measures what comes in through the channel for the first time, and has extended the collaboration directly into ongoing support.

How does an SAP Gold Partner sharpen its market position?

Brand strategy and website relaunch for an SAP consulting firm in Austria

LILOX is a strategic partner of the SAP Gold Partner SRB Consulting Team: brand and marketing strategy, a LinkedIn corporate-influencer program, and the technical project lead for the website relaunch.

  • Brand strategy
  • Marketing strategy
  • Website

Starting point

SRB Consulting Team is an SAP Gold Partner with over 300 projects across 21 industries and references like OMV, Greiner, and Brau Union. Too little of that was visible externally.

What we did

  • Set up brand and marketing strategy and sharpened the positioning.
  • Launched a LinkedIn corporate-influencer program so the experts become visible.
  • Led the website relaunch as technical project lead between client and implementation agency.

Result

The strategy is in place, the brand is sharpened, and the LinkedIn corporate-influencer program is running. The new website relaunch now surfaces the potential that was built.

How does an IT service provider break into a new market through digital channels?

First dedicated market presence for an international IT service provider in Austria

LILOX built the first dedicated Austria website for Jiliti Austria, lean and within the group CI. It was live four weeks after kickoff, and ranked #2 on Google two weeks later.

  • Website
  • LinkedIn
  • Lead gen

Starting point

Jiliti Austria is the Vienna subsidiary of a French IT group with over 40 years of experience. The company was strategically shifting its business from classic server maintenance to cloud services and needed a market presence of its own for that. Until then, anyone searching for Jiliti in Austria landed on the French group website. There was no marketing, and sales depended on the managing director.

What we did

  • Built a dedicated Austria website, lean and within the group CI, live four weeks after kickoff
  • Built visibility for the new cloud positioning instead of redirecting to the group site
  • Set up a supporting LinkedIn campaign through the team’s profiles

Result

Two weeks after going live, the site ranked #2 on Google. The LinkedIn campaign reached a 17 percent reply rate against a benchmark of 10 percent.

How does a software provider reach key accounts in the DACH market?

Digital sales channel for a software provider from Austria

LILOX is building the digital sales channel for the DACH market for ANEWO. Website, LinkedIn campaigns via the personal profiles of the management team, and a newsletter are gradually replacing pure network-based business.

  • Website
  • LinkedIn
  • Newsletter
  • GEO

Starting point

ANEWO combines commercial kitchen planning with its own Nomy software and won an innovation award for intelligent food-waste analysis. Sales ran through the personal network, which worked well but did not scale. A four-figure monthly sum went into social media marketing without management being able to make sense of the results.

What we did

  • Built the website as the core module, with service pages and a conversion path
  • Set up LinkedIn campaigns through the personal profiles of the management team
  • Connected newsletter and magazine content into a single path, built for search engines and answer systems

Result

The acceptance rate stands at 21 percent, above target. A magazine article produced by LILOX is now cited as a source in Google AI Overview. Ten hours of consulting turned into seventeen months of collaboration.

How does an IT service provider show its expertise online?

Website relaunch and brand sharpening for an IT service provider from Switzerland

LILOX is building the new website for the Swiss company matho informatik and sharpening the brand along the way. The goal is not sales pressure, but a modern, professional presence that makes the team’s expertise visible.

  • Website
  • Branding
  • Positioning

Starting point

matho informatik has served SMEs in Aargau, Zug, Lucerne, and Zurich since 1999 and grows through referrals. A workshop on-site made clear what mattered: matho wants to stand out online as a serious brand. Not with sales pressure, but with a modern and professional presence that shows what the team can do.

What we did

  • Developed the positioning in an on-site workshop and aligned it with the team
  • Sharpened the brand presence, from visual language to tone of voice
  • New website in progress, with a clear structure instead of sales pressure

Result

The positioning is approved, the build is underway. A company that has served SMEs since 1999 should also be perceived that way online.

How does digital lead generation work for grant consulting?

Lead generation for two brands of a grant consulting firm from Austria

LILOX runs digital lead generation for netwiss through automated LinkedIn campaigns and Google Ads, for two brands in parallel.

  • LinkedIn

What we did

  • Set up automated LinkedIn campaigns for two brands in parallel
  • Connected Google Ads and ran it into the same measurement
  • Established monthly measurement and continuously refined the path

Who at LILOX works on our project?

LILOX's two founders, from marketing and engineering

LILOX is owner-led and deliberately works with only a few companies at a time. Your point of contact stays the same from the first analysis through ongoing operations.

Nadine Fraiss, co-founder of LILOX
Nadine Fraiss . Marketing

15 years of digital marketing, several of them at CMO level.

Head of Marketing across traditional Mittelstand, a startup, and a scale-up. Nadine has sat on both sides of the table: as the client justifying agency budgets, and as the person responsible for delivering pipeline by the end of the quarter.

For you, she leads positioning, website, and campaigns, and stays your point of contact through ongoing operations.

  • Positioning and messaging for complex offers
  • Website as the core module, from structure to conversion path
  • LinkedIn, email, and ads working together instead of side by side

"Marketing is measured against pipeline today."

Christoph Fraiss, co-founder of LILOX
Christoph Fraiss . Engineering

Engineer, structural engineer on major construction sites, managing director of a manufacturing company.

Christoph has sold machinery, priced out projects, and led a company through a turnaround. He knows the moment an offer fails on price, and the moment it fails on a missing explanation.

For you, he translates between technology and market. That way the project understands your product from the first conversation.

  • Technical translation from data sheet to customer value
  • The investment decision-maker's view of your offer
  • Process understanding from production, costing, and sales

"I know how these companies run from the inside."

Nadine and her team were a stroke of luck for us. They helped us position our brand and product portfolio without forcing us to completely rethink our original vision or resources — they polished our rough diamond, so to speak. Thanks to a lead-generation strategy that actually fit our budget, we've been able to market our business model to exactly the right audience. A clear recommendation for SMEs like us.

Frequently asked questions

What references does LILOX have?

This page lists eleven projects as a selection, including the IoT startup Pydro, the Bern-based partition-wall manufacturer Schwab AG, the SAP Gold Partner SRB Consulting Team, and the medtech software provider mymediset. Projects range from a single website to a strategic partnership spanning several years. Every one of these customers extended beyond the originally agreed scope.

Which industries does LILOX work with?

The focus is on IT and tech companies, manufacturing industry, and startups and scale-ups. What they have in common is a complex offer, a clearly defined target audience, and sales that has so far run through personal networks.

See industries in detail
How long does it take for a B2B website to deliver results?

It depends on the starting point. For Jiliti Austria, the website was live four weeks after kickoff and ranked #2 for the brand name two weeks later. For buntsales, it took around five months to reach #1 for a competitive industry keyword. A full relaunch like the one for Schwab AG takes around four months from decision to live.

More about the website service
What does a website cost at LILOX?

The website as the core module runs between €10,000 and €30,000 depending on scope. That covers concept, design, build, sales funnel, basic SEO, and legal texts. Billed at a fixed price on a scope defined in advance. Ongoing operations run on a monthly flat fee that reflects the scope of service you want and is cancellable at any time. An engagement is possible from €2,900 a month. We define the exact scope in the first call.

Website service & process
Does LinkedIn lead generation actually work in B2B?

The numbers from our campaigns sit above the usual benchmarks. At netwiss, 29.7 percent of connection requests are accepted, against a DACH B2B median of 21 to 28 percent. At Pydro and suXess-IT, the reply rate sits around 20 percent, at Jiliti around 17 percent, against a benchmark of 10 percent. Whether that turns into customers is then decided in sales.

More about LinkedIn lead generation
Can LILOX work internationally too?

Yes. For mymediset we are opening up the US market at large medtech enterprises; for Pydro we run campaigns and website in six languages, from the UK through Italy and Spain to Greece. With Schwab AG and matho informatik we work in Switzerland. The core focus remains the DACH region.

What happens if a campaign doesn't work?

Then we correct course. At ANEWO, we shifted the target audience from head chefs to facility managers and sustainability officers, because the data showed head chefs were barely reachable on LinkedIn. At suXess-IT, the market responded so quickly that the customer was able to validate product-market fit and adjust its service accordingly. That's exactly what we measure for.

How does LILOX measure success?

By what lands with the customer. Meetings from the right audience, visibility for the terms people search for, and reply rates above benchmark. We measure continuously so the next round runs better than the last. Where tracking is missing, we set it up first before talking about results.
