The principle

Visibility becomes predictable revenue

The mechanism stays the same in every situation. Four channels lead to your website, where a visit becomes a contact and the contact becomes a meeting. Every inquiry gets a source, so at the end of the month you see which channel brought which meeting.

The difference

Leave marketing to chance, or build it as a system

Five points, side by side.

Starting point

Without a system

With LILOX

Built as a system

Visibility depends on referrals and a handful of people
Visible at exactly the moment your audience is ready to buy
Marketing can't be measured against revenue
Every measure is tied to revenue
Reach happens, but rarely with the right customers
Conversations with a few, valuable target customers
Knowledge and contacts live in individual heads
Processes documented and transferable
Everything hangs on the owner, which lowers company value
Lead generation keeps running without the owner

Nadine and her team were a stroke of luck for us. They helped us position our brand and product portfolio without forcing us to completely rethink our original vision or resources — they polished our rough diamond, so to speak. Thanks to a lead-generation strategy that actually fit our budget, we've been able to market our business model to exactly the right audience. A clear recommendation for SMEs like us.

Digital sales built from the ground up

Website in six languages, two automated LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, and a newsletter. Every contact flows directly into Pipedrive.

Starting point

Self-powered flow meters for water networks, a clear target audience of water utilities across Europe. What was missing was a path to them that did not require the founders’ time.

Result

920 connection requests, 195 new contacts, and 39 replies via LinkedIn, at double the reply rate versus benchmark. 17 meetings via the website, exclusively from the researched target audience.

Brand strategy and relaunch leadership

Sharpened positioning, launched a LinkedIn corporate-influencer program, and led the website relaunch as the technical project lead between client and implementation agency.

Starting point

Over 300 projects across 21 industries, references like OMV, Greiner, and Brau Union. Too little of that was visible externally.

Result

Strategy and positioning are in place, the corporate-influencer program is running. The website relaunch now surfaces the potential that had been built up.

Website relaunch for a company operating since 1917

Custom design in German and French, a sales funnel with appointment booking for four sales advisors, plus tracking, consent, and reporting.

Starting point

The web presence had grown over the years and sat with an external provider. Management wanted a presence on par with the products and wanted the infrastructure back in-house.

Result

Live since May 2026, four months after kickoff. Schwab AG now runs the website itself, measures the channel’s impact for the first time, and has extended the collaboration into ongoing support.

Frequently asked questions

What customers ask beforehand

The questions that come up almost every time in the first call. Answered honestly.

Who is LILOX not a good fit for?

We're the wrong choice for mass-market businesses with many small buyers. We work with technical B2B companies that have a few, valuable customers and a complex offer. We'd rather have five right customers than a thousand dead contacts.

What if more than one situation applies to us?

That's the normal case. In the first call, we work out which lever has the biggest effect first and build from there. You don't have to commit to a single situation.

How quickly do we see results?

The 12-week system takes you from digital foundation to running campaigns. The first qualified conversations typically happen within the first few months. Results like +12 conversations per month or €480k pipeline grew over five to nine months.

Are we locked into a long-term contract?

No. You can cancel at any time. Documentation, tools, and a handover briefing are part of the delivery. We keep you with results, not with contracts.

Do we talk to a team or directly with you?

You work directly with the founders. Your point of contact stays the same from the first analysis through ongoing operations. AI tools make us fast; approval happens by hand.

Do you also do individual services, like just website or just LinkedIn?

Yes. We often start with one lever and expand once it takes effect. There is no requirement to take the full package.

What does the build cost, and what does it pay off against?

A project runs between €10,000 and €30,000 depending on scope, and ongoing operations start at €2,900 a month. Billing is a fixed price against a scope defined up front. The comparison anchor is an in-house sales hire at €60,000 to €80,000 a year. Grants are available for SMEs in Austria.

Where should we start if website, LinkedIn, and ads are all missing?

With the website, in almost every case. It is the place all other channels point to. Anyone starting LinkedIn or ads before that sends prospects to a page that doesn’t convince them, and pays for visitors who leave again. Paid reach only pays off once the page does its job and every inquiry gets a source. That is also the order of the five phases.

We already work with an agency. How does a switch work?

First secure, then switch. Together with you, we list which access rights, accounts, domains, data, and content sit with your current agency, and make sure all of it runs under your name before anything is switched off. After that, the build runs like a fresh start, only faster, because material already exists. Notice periods with your current provider are something you clarify before we set a date.

Our sales team says the leads from marketing are poor. What do you change about that?

We define with both sides up front what counts as an inquiry. In most cases the problem isn’t the number, it’s the definition: marketing reports every downloaded guide, sales expects a conversation with a budget and a timeline. From then on, only what sales accepts gets measured. That lowers the reported number at first and makes it usable.

We’re a small team with no marketing department. Does this still work?

Yes, that is the normal case among our clients. What it takes is one person on your side who is allowed to decide and has roughly one hour a month for raw material and approvals, usually the management. Everything else sits with us. What doesn’t work is a project without a fixed point of contact, because then every approval stalls and the whole thing drags on for months.

We tried marketing once and it went nowhere. Why now?

Because two things were usually missing before: positioning that states the difference from your competitors in one sentence, and measurement that shows which part worked. Without both, a lot gets done for a long time and nobody is any wiser afterwards. In week 1 we set a baseline and a target. From then on, after every month it can be decided whether it continues.

How many customers do you serve at the same time?

Deliberately only a few. LILOX is owner-run, and your point of contact stays the same from the first analysis through ongoing operations. That limits the number of engagements that can run at once, and it means two things for you: you don’t talk to a junior, and we say no when there is no slot free. If the timing doesn’t work, we name a later one.

The faces behind it

LILOX's two founders, from marketing and engineering

LILOX is owner-led and deliberately works with only a few companies at a time. Your point of contact stays the same from the first analysis through ongoing operations.

Nadine Fraiss · Marketing

15 years of digital marketing, several of them at CMO level.

Head of Marketing across traditional Mittelstand, a startup, and a scale-up. Nadine has sat on both sides of the table: as the client justifying agency budgets, and as the person responsible for delivering pipeline by the end of the quarter.

For you, she leads positioning, website, and campaigns, and stays your point of contact through ongoing operations.

  • Positioning and messaging for complex offers
  • Website as the core module, from structure to conversion path
  • LinkedIn, email, and ads working together instead of side by side

Engineer, structural engineer on major construction sites, managing director of a manufacturing company.

Christoph has sold machinery, priced out projects, and led a company through a turnaround. He knows the moment an offer fails on price, and the moment it fails on a missing explanation.

For you, he translates between technology and market. That way the project understands your product from the first conversation.

  • Technical translation from data sheet to customer value
  • The investment decision-maker's view of your offer
  • Process understanding from production, costing, and sales
